Stress and IVF

One of the major factors that IVF patients tend to worry about is the fear that stress and anxiety reduces their chances of success.
However official studies monitoring women undergoing in vitro fertilization found similar results between those who were reporting high levels of anxiety and depression compared to those who did  not.
As many patients stress about their stress this study has provided many with some relief, however there have also been studies indicating that it actually might have an effect and results overall are mixed.
Although some stress cannot be avoided, severe cases need to be addressed as it might disrupt the daily lives of prospective parents.
